Weddings are a perfect time to have fun with fashion and creativity!

If one cannot have fun and experiment a bit with their wedding reception look

- when can they...?

That has always been the case with us at least...:) 

In this case, we were inspired by Philip Treacy and by Lady Gaga and

perhaps by some sexy solder from outer space....?

In either case, wearing this unique and brave outfit was a lot of fun and we hope you 

like it too !

                                    Well, after what seem like eternity ....we are back on the blog and more than happy                                to do so ! :) 

 A lot has happened in the last month and a half ! Some wonderful things and some horrible things such as the tragic and disastrous floods in the Balkans where we were born and raised and where our families are from :(  

                  The consequences of the floods are tragic and thousands and thousands of people lost EVERYTHING ! The waters are receding but the long lasting effects will be felt for decades...

Our prayers are with the strong and courageous people of all the countries affected...! 

          On the brighter note, here are -finally, some of the photos from the Vancouver Fashion Week  F/W 2014 Opening Gala. The fashion week was fantastic and we were blown away with some of the

designers that presented this year...We are excited to show you more photos in the posts to come !

NEW YEARS EVE, "THE GREAT GATSBY" STYLE ...

  Our New Year's eve has been too much fun and even more so because it was a theme party!  

And ....the theme was "The Great Gatsby" ! 

That meant that not only do we get to dress up for New Year's eve  yet we get to dress up inspired by the fashion of the 1920s!

 I think we were more excited about the fashion than the New Year's itself that night ! :) 

However, due to all the madness and the New Year's euphoria we managed to take

pictures of only one of our outfits ! :( The rest of the pictures were taken with our phone

because we were just having too much fun ! We hope you do not mind !

Nasa Novogodisnja noc je bila luda i nezaboravna ne samo zato sto smo slavili dolazak 

Nove godine vec i zato sto je Novogodisnja gala bila inspirisana modom i filmom "Veliki Gatsbi".

Zbog cele euforije , uspele smo samo jedan autfit da slikamo nasim aparatom a ostatk slika

je uslikan nasim telefonima ! :( Nadamo se da ne zamerate na kvalitetu slika i da ce vam se dopasti iste !

So... this was one painful photo shoot experience...! We froze!:) This was one of those

outfits that was worn on such an occasion where you enter a taxi, then elegantly exit it and enter

a restaurant... That is it !:) Unfortunately, photo shoots inside of dark closed spaces have never been our forte ! :) On the other side, the streets are abundant with good lighting yet are cold and filled with curious

pass-byers who stare, disturb and even take pictures of us ! The insolence ...!:) However, let  us end this sad heart- breaking saga and just say -we survived! And...this is what we produced ! We hope you like it ! :)

Ovo je bio jedan veoma bolan "photo shoot"! Zamrzle smo se ! Ovakav autfit je nosen u prilici kada 

udjete u taksi, elegantno izadjete iz istog i samo udjete u restoran! 

Nazalost, zatvoreni tamni prostori nikada nisu bili idealna atmosfera 

kada su u pitanju nase fotografske sposobnosti. Sa druge strane, ulice grada obiluju svetloscu ali i 

znatizeljnim prolaznicama i niskim temperaturama. Medjutim skarticemo ovu tuznu sagu i reci -

prezivele smo ! Gore prilozen je proizvod naseg mukotrpnog rada! :) Nadamo se da ce vam se dopasti !

December came and we had to slowly say good bye to fall ...!

This was a wonderful season for us and we are now ready for Christmas, New Years

Most fashion bloggers can hardly wait for that magical time of the year called the fashion week ! ;) Fresh designers, lots of press , lots of bloggers- simply put,sartorial heaven ! 

Now, choosing an outfit for not only 1, yet 7 nights can be a challenge!

The 2 of us have different approaches when it comes to this tedious process! We will not name names, but one of us has all her outfits ready to go a week in advance!:) The other is a bit of a procrastinator who is very hard to please and on top of it is a  perfectionist-who-doesn't-know-what-she-wants! :) Luckily, somehow she always makes it happen! :) 

When we saw the final outcome of this outfit we said  "Sexy alien who just got off the spaceship!". Perfect! Exactly what we wanted! We hope you like it !

Vecina modnih blogera sa nestrplenjem ocekuje nedelju mode! Mi se ne ni malo ne razlikujemo! Medjutim, 

kada je u pitanju odabir autfita za istu- situacija je veoma napeta i neizvesna ! :) Jedna od nas uvek 

ima spremne kombinacije 7 dana unapred, dok druga uglavnom ceka poslednji momenat!  Povrh

svega je i perfekcionista koji ne zna tacno sta zeli ali je najcesce ne zadovoljna rezultatom!:) Na svu srecu

konacna kombinacija je uvek na nase obostrano zadovoljstvo. Kada smo smuckale ovaj autfit, pomislile smo

"Seksi vanzemaljac, upravo iskrcan sa svemirskom broda! ". Perfekrno! Upravo ono sto smo zelele!
Nadamo se da vam se dopada !!! :)
