                                    Well, after what seem like eternity ....we are back on the blog and more than happy                                to do so ! :) 

 A lot has happened in the last month and a half ! Some wonderful things and some horrible things such as the tragic and disastrous floods in the Balkans where we were born and raised and where our families are from :(  

                  The consequences of the floods are tragic and thousands and thousands of people lost EVERYTHING ! The waters are receding but the long lasting effects will be felt for decades...

Our prayers are with the strong and courageous people of all the countries affected...! 

          On the brighter note, here are -finally, some of the photos from the Vancouver Fashion Week  F/W 2014 Opening Gala. The fashion week was fantastic and we were blown away with some of the

designers that presented this year...We are excited to show you more photos in the posts to come !

FASHION WEEK PART 4: "SPACESHIP"

Most fashion bloggers can hardly wait for that magical time of the year called the fashion week ! ;) Fresh designers, lots of press , lots of bloggers- simply put,sartorial heaven ! 

Now, choosing an outfit for not only 1, yet 7 nights can be a challenge!

The 2 of us have different approaches when it comes to this tedious process! We will not name names, but one of us has all her outfits ready to go a week in advance!:) The other is a bit of a procrastinator who is very hard to please and on top of it is a  perfectionist-who-doesn't-know-what-she-wants! :) Luckily, somehow she always makes it happen! :) 

When we saw the final outcome of this outfit we said  "Sexy alien who just got off the spaceship!". Perfect! Exactly what we wanted! We hope you like it !

Vecina modnih blogera sa nestrplenjem ocekuje nedelju mode! Mi se ne ni malo ne razlikujemo! Medjutim, 

kada je u pitanju odabir autfita za istu- situacija je veoma napeta i neizvesna ! :) Jedna od nas uvek 

ima spremne kombinacije 7 dana unapred, dok druga uglavnom ceka poslednji momenat!  Povrh

svega je i perfekcionista koji ne zna tacno sta zeli ali je najcesce ne zadovoljna rezultatom!:) Na svu srecu

konacna kombinacija je uvek na nase obostrano zadovoljstvo. Kada smo smuckale ovaj autfit, pomislile smo

"Seksi vanzemaljac, upravo iskrcan sa svemirskom broda! ". Perfekrno! Upravo ono sto smo zelele!
Nadamo se da vam se dopada !!! :)

We are sure that most of you have been here...! As soon as the month of August ends you notice that all the stores change their mood and the color palette transforms from the bright and happy summer colors into the gloomy dark grays, browns, burgundies and navy blues. These are the colors of the fall-or so we have been told! Well, we are refusing to accept it! :) Fall colors can be bright and happy and this is exactly how we are feeling right now! ;)

Sigurno ste primetili da cim se zavrsi mesec avgust, izlozi u radnjama i ceo grad promene izgled i ton. Od bljestavih veselih letnjih boja sve dobije braon, bordo i maslinasto zeleni prekrivac. Mi odbijamo da uvedemo  jesenje boje  u nas zivot-barem ne jos uvek! Zato su narandzasta, zalena i roze tu da nam poprave raspolozenje i lagano nas uvedu u ranu jesen.

Some of you probably have noticed that Style-Squared has been featuring only one of the sisters in the last several seeks! The other half of our sisterly duo has been working like crazy and I am eagerly awaiting her return to our blog in the month of May! She promised!!!:)) Blogging alone is definitely not as much fun as doing it with my sister, especially since we have very different styles and the variety she and her style bring to the blog are invaluable. Meanwhile, here is another crazy outfit of mine!:) Oversized  Maison Martin Margiela for H&M pants are back!!!:) I love wearing them and they are such a statement piece!:)

Neki od vas su verovatno primetili da jedna polovina naseg kreativnog dua je odsutna sa bloga vec neko vreme!!!Zbog milion obaveza i jako puno posla jedna od sestara se privremeno udaljila od bloga ali se zato vraca na velika vrata u maju! Tako je obecala!:) Blogovati sam nije ni upola tako zabavno kao kada to radim sa mojom sestrom, pogotovo sto njen potpuno drugaciji stil i prisutstvo su jedan od nasih "zastitnih znakova".
